Crew positions at briefing

A board for the aircraft you are on today.

  • See your working positions. Tap Positions and the board opens on today's aircraft, straight from your roster, with the cabin drawn out and every position on it.
  • Mark who has what. Tap a position to take it, or give it to someone on your roster by name. Who worked which position stays on your phone, and the board clears itself after about two days.
  • Check the demonstration and the breaks. Demo shows where each position stands for the safety demonstration, and every position is marked as 1st or 2nd break group.
  • Tell us what is wrong. The layouts were drafted from fleet sheets and are not yet checked by crew, so every board carries a link to report a mistake.

Trophies, a wall planner, and more for down-route

The first round of additions after launch.

  • Earn trophies as you fly. Miles, sectors and countries are counted in the background and unlock badges. They are yours to keep, even if you clear old roster months.
  • Print a wall planner. From the Export page, print a clean month calendar for the fridge or the crew room. Pick the months it covers and what lands on it.
  • Know a destination before you land. Every place in your directory now shows the weather and the local currency at a glance, next to its photo.
  • Check the time at home. A world clock works out where you are from your roster and shows home and down-route side by side.
  • Add anything by hand. Manual entry now covers non-flight duties and positioning, and shows Zulu time under every local time you type.
  • Guides built in. Step-by-step guides and a short guided tour now live inside the app, and every list has its own search box.
  • Report a roster that read wrong. If an event came out wrong, say so from the event itself and we will see exactly what did not read.

CCHQ is here

The first public release. Here is what you can do today.

  • Turn your roster into a calendar. Paste the text or upload a screenshot and CCHQ reads your flights, standbys, and days off.
  • See it your way. A month view for the big picture, and a timeline that lists every day in order.
  • Add it to the calendar you already use. Download a file for your phone, or set up a live link that keeps your calendar up to date every time your roster changes.
  • Share with family. Give a partner or family member a read-only view of your calendar, with no company login and nothing to install. This needs a free account.
  • Make it yours. Pick your own colours for flights, standbys, and leave, and choose what each flight card shows.
  • See your month at a glance. A quick summary counts your duty days, leave, and days off.
  • Install it like an app. Add CCHQ to your home screen so it opens full screen and works offline.
  • Keep your data private. Your roster stays on your device unless you choose to sync it, and you can lock the app with a PIN or Face ID.
